Kern doel van die pos:
Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die Finansies afdeling.
Vereistes:
- Graad 12;
- Rekenaargeletterd Microsoft Office (veral Excel en Word);
- Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig
- Sterk syfervaardighede;
- Interpersoonlike vaardighede.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Byhou van administrasie;
- Hantering van betalings en betalingsaanvrae;
- Hanteer joernale en joernaalaanvrae;
- Hantering van versekering spesifieke administrasie;
- Debitering van premies op AS400.

Main purpose of the position:
Effective handling of all administration with regards to the Finance Department.
Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- Computer literate Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Valid drivers license.
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Experience in building relationships with clients;
- Strong numerical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining administration;
- Handling payments and payment requests;
- Handling journals and journal requests;
- Handling insurance specific administration;
- Debiting premiums on AS400.
