Kern doel van die pos:
Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die Graan afdeling.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Rekenkundige Graad;
- Ondervinding in ‘n administratiewe en rekeningkundige omgewing sal voordelig wees;
- Ondervinding in voorraadbeheer sal voordelig wees;
- Vorige ondervinding in debiteure/krediteure/finansiele ontleding/rekonsiliasies.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie interpersoonlike en konflik hanterings- vaardighede;
- Syfervaardigheid, noukeurigheid en akkuraatheid essensieel;
- Moet onafhanklik en onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Goeie organisasie en prioritiserings- vermoё;
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office), sterk excel vaardighede, ingesluit alle formules, “pivot tables” ens.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Bystand aan personeel t.o.v rekonsiliasies wat nie balanseer nie. (Ingesluit buitevoorraad, debiteure, krediteure, voorraad);
- Hantering van Afwykings (Op rekons, inkomstestate, balansstaatrekons);
- Opstel van inkomstestaat ontledings en en afwykingsverslae;
- Balansstaat rekons;
- Voorraad waardasies;
- Maandelikse voorsieningsjoernale;
- Safex rekon;
- Voorraad bevestigings;
- Algemene Administrasie.
Core purpose of the position:
Effective handling of all administrative tasks with regard to Grain Department.
Minimum requirements:
- Accounting Degree;
- Experience in an administrative and accounting environment wil be beneficial;
- Experience in inventory management a recommendation will be beneficial;
- Previous experience in debtors/creditors/financial analysis/reconciliations.
Skills:
- Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate ( MS Office), strong excel skills, including all formulas, pivot tables etc.
- Numeracy, accuracy and precision essential;
- Good interpersonal and conflict management skills;
- Must be able to function independently and under pressure;
- Good organisation and prioritisation ability.
Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with regard to the reconciliations that do not balance (including inventory, receivables, payables);
- Handling of deviations (on accounts, income statements, balance sheets);
- Compilation of income statements analysis and variance reports;
- Balance sheet accounts;
- Inventory valuations;
- Monthly supply journals;
- Safex account/s;
- Stock confirmations;
- General administration.
