Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal praktiese blootstelling kry in die Handel besigheid, asook die geleentheid kry om saam met ons Handelspan te werk om nuwe vaardighede aan te leer en besigheidsinsig op te doen.

Na suksesvolle voltooiing van die program sal die kandidate`n NQF 5 kwalifikasie ontvang wat geregistreer is op die Nasionale Kwalifikasie Raamwerk en wat nasionaal erken word.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12 (wiskunde, rekeningkunde, landbou en handelsvakke sal voordelig wees);
• Belangstelling in ‘n loopbaan in handel en landbou;
• Belangstelling in kliëntediens en bemarking;
• Geldige rybewys;
• Gesertifiseerde afskrifte van jou matrieksertifikaat en rybewys moet jou aansoek vergesel.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Rekenaarvaardig ( MS Office);
• Syfervaardig;
• Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede.

OVK Retail is looking for dynamic and ambitous candidates to join the OVK agriculture family. The successful candidate will gain practical exposure in the Retail business as well as the opportunity to work with our Retail team to learn new skills and gain business insight.

Upon successful completion of the learner program, the candidate will receive a NQF 5 that is registered on the National Qualifications Framework and is recognised nationally.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (accounting, agriculture, and business subjects will be advantageous);
• Interest in a career in commerce and agriculture;
• Interest in customer service and marketing;
• Valid driver's license;
• Certified copies of your matric certificate and driver's license must accompany your application.

Skills:

• Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Computer Literate (MS Office);
• Numerical skills;
• Must be able to function under pressure;
• Good interpersonal skills.
