Kern doel van die pos:

Identifiseer en ondersoek kontrole en besigheids risikos in samewerking met bestuur en implementeer regstellende prosedures. Hantering van Belasting en IFRS navrae en implimentering

Minimum Vereistes:

  • B.Com of ekwivalent met voltooide klerkskap en 3 jaar ondervinding;
  • Vorige Rekenmeesters ondervinding in Agri bedryf ‘n aanbeveling.

Vaardighede:

  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
  • Syfervaardig;
  • Rekeningkundige insig;
  • Goeie kennis van IFRS en Balastingwetgewing;
  • Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede.

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Identifiseer probleem areas, stel regstellende prosesse voor, implementeer stelsels en prosedures vir regstellings;
  • Opstel van waarde toevoegingverslae ter ondersteuning van die bedryf;
  • Daaglikse finansiële pligte en kontrolebestuur;
  • Hantering van Belasting en IFRS navrae en implimentering
  • Opstel van jaarstate vir filiale;
  • Adhoc take & projekte.

Main purpose of the position:

To identify and investigate controls and business risks in cooperation with management and implementing affirmative procedures. Handling of Tax and IFRS inquiries and implementation.

Minimum Requirements:          

  • B.Com or equivalent with articles completed and 3 years’ experience;
  • Previous experience as an accountant within the agricultural environment a recommendation.

Skills:

  • Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Computer literate (MS Office);
  • Good numerical ability;
  • Accounting Insight;
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and Tax legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify problem areas, recommend procedures to rectify, implement systems and procedures for the corrections.
  • Compilation of value added reports to support operations.
  • Daily financial responsibilities and control management.
  • Handling of Tax and IFRS inquiries and implementation.
  • Preparation of annual statements for subsidiaries.
  • Adhoc tasks & projects.
